    In the 5th year of the Meiji era, when the Meiji government, which was promoting westernization, began to recommend eating meat,

    The founder, Ichiro, who encountered Omi beef and was shocked by its deliciousness,

    I founded a gyu-nabe restaurant with the desire to introduce this Omi beef to many people.

    The store at that time was completely destroyed by the fire caused by the Great Kanto Earthquake.

    Saburo, the third generation, rebuilt the store and resumed business.

    Since then, we have protected the traditional taste from the time of its founding to the present.

    Born in 1967 in Edogawa Ward, Tokyo.

    After graduating from high school, he began training in Japanese cuisine at a Japanese-style inn in Hakone.

    After training in Kyoto and Tokyo,

  • Omi beef

    The meat offered at our restaurant is Japan's oldest brand beef, "Omi Beef". During the Edo period, when eating meat was prohibited, beef production was allowed as an exception, and Omi beef began. Among the many brands of beef, Omi beef boasts an overwhelmingly long history. The fat is finely distributed throughout the meat, creating beautiful marbling and a sweet, fatty flavor. It is highly valued for its fine meat quality and rich aroma.

  • Vegetables

    Considering compatibility with Omi beef first, we carefully select ingredients that bring out the flavor of the meat. We have a direct contract with each farmer for each ingredient, and provide fresh vegetables directly from the farm without pesticides. Please enjoy the original sweetness of vegetables that can only be tasted with pesticide-free vegetables, which is brought out by the traditional warishita that we are proud of.

    The soy sauce used in our shop's warishita is made using a traditional method that has been handed down since ancient times in Japan, using natural brewing. Naturally brewed soy sauce does not use any chemical additives, it is fermented using only natural koji mold and is completed after a long aging process of 2 years. Enjoy the rich aroma and richness of real soy sauce.
